Letter #16 — Someone Who’s Not In Your Country

“A friend is someone who knows the song in your heart, and can sing it back to you when you have forgotten the words.”

“I can trust my friends. These people force me to examine, encourage me to grow.”

Dear friend,
I remember you were excited about moving to a different country for over a year. I really enjoy the pictures and updates you’ve sent. The place you’ve seen and been able to go are really neat. I can’t wait to hear some of your stories in person! Thanks for taking the time to stay in touch, even though you’ve been so busy! You have challenged me in ways that I needed to be. You’ve also encouraged me more than you will ever know. I look forward to your emails while you are still gone. I can’t wait for the times when we can get together when you return to this country. Thank you for your true friendship.
